Subject to the approval of Members at the Annual General Meeting on 5th February 2005, the venue for Branch Metings in 2005 will alternate between the London District Warrant Officers' & Sergeants' Mess in Wellington Barracks, by kind permission of the Garrison Sergeant Major London District, and the Prince of Wales Hall at The Royal Hospital, Chelsea.

A decision is to be taken at the Annual General Meeting in February 2007 as to when and where the monthly meetings are to be held in the future. Normal monthly meetings take place commencing at 8.00pm on the last Thursday of each month except Decemberand January. (July and August is simply a get-together - no meeting) Attendance at the meetings is fairly constant but it would be great to see some new faces occasionally, who knows, occasional visitors may find that they enjoy themselves and become regular attenders. After the meetings end most of those attending gather in the bar for a while where a raffle is held - proceeds to Branch funds. All in all, an enjoyable evening. Some old friendships are renewed and of course, after all that talk some lubrication of the vocal chords is necessary. If you are unsure at least give it a try. You could well meet someone you know who you havn't seen for years. Should you wish to come along don't forget to bring your membership card. Members of other branches of the Association who happen to be in the area on the evenings that meetings are held would be most welcome to pay a visit. This invitation is also extended to members of overseas branches of the Household Division who may be in London on those evenings.Again, the possession of a membership card is essential.
The first Saturday in February is normally set aside for
the Annual General Meeting.
Confirmation of the time and date will be published well
beforehand.
Nominations for Branch Officer and Committee Member posts
are normally requested, in writing,
well before the due date of the meeting.
