News letters are sent out three or
four times a year, depending upon what is happening in the branch.
Members will also be advised of items of special interest which arise after news letters have been despatched. The contents of each news letter and of any special information sheets sent out by the Hon. Secretary will also be published on the web site. In view of the availability of the latest news etc on the web site there may well be some branch members who have access to the site who would no longer wish to receive news letters and other notices from the Hon. Secretary by post. A future update of the site will include a form for completion by those members who may wish to be excluded from the mailing list for newsletters. It is hoped that it will be possible to complete the form 'on-line' and send it to the Honorary Secretary by E-mail.
